I've never had any problems with bill millers. I never really had. But, recently there was a disgusting surprise in my iced tea. I ordered my usual (baked potato and tea) and it was good. I left my iced tea out in the sun for a while then I came back. What I saw was horrific. I saw a layer of SLIME in my tea. It was bacteria slime!! I am disgusted at this and I will never be coming to bill millers wver

The last time we went to this location at end of Ralph Fair and I-10, it was terrible. Dry meat, what little of it was in the wrap, and wet soggy fries. After a couple of years figured they had this worked out. Wrong! At 6:15 pm walked in to order two lean brisket tacos and two turkey with fries. I watched as the employee reached into a bucket and pulled out an old strip of meat and began cutting. I asked if he could retrieve something that more resembled brisket and not a scrap. He did and fixed the taco. Same with the turkey. Got home and opened to find a tasteless dry and unappetizing two pieces of meat. Same with turkey. Fries were wet and soggy. This is a pathetic excuse for barbecue. I don't know how you stay in business.
Is anyone in charge here to monitor the process. Guess not. -

Had really yummy breakfast tacos with friends at Bill Millers BBQ. I tried a brisket and egg taco and a carne guisada and egg taco. Yum! Friendly staff, clean restaurant. Wish they made stronger coffee, but I would definitely go back.

I'm local to San Antonio and have eaten at different locations.
The food is what it is. If you've had it once, you know what it will taste like the next time. The sides are good and for a filling meal the prices seem reasonable with other places.
What I have noticed at different locations is the service, which seems to be consistent as well and that may not be a good thing. I have seen it and have experienced it as well. It appears that walks-ins for To-Go orders get served slower than drive thrus, not sure why, I believe the objective is the same for a paying customer.
At one location, the person working the register needed a calculator to make change because "the register normally shows what the change amount is". The change amount had cleared off the display. I sent Corp. an email on this and never heard back.
My rating is driven by service again because the food is what the food is.
